Where do I go for training?
We have two Florida locations.
Dream Dogz Ranch
1990 S US 301
Our Central Florida location is our 5+ acre country property, a paradise for dogs. Located 1 exit south of the I-75/Turnpike split and 5 minutes from the interstate, it is convenient to reach – 1 hour from Orlando, 1 hour from Tampa, 1 hour from Gainesville, 30 minutes from The Villages, 30 minutes from Ocala. This is where we do board & trains, personal training, socialization, and workshops.

Why should you train with Dream Dogz?
First and foremost, we address your dog’s state of mind. There is a big difference between teaching your dog to sit for a cookie and really getting in there and understanding their state of mind. Once we understand it, we can address those unwanted behaviors. We work with your dog as a whole – mind, body, and spirit.
We are professional dog trainers. We have successfully trained thousands of dogs, of different breeds, sizes, ages, personalities and temperaments. You and your dog will see real results.
This is our full-time profession, not a hobby. Dog training and behavior modification is our family business. We are committed to furthering our education, attending workshops and seminars with other dog trainers. We work with other dog trainers, mentoring and training other dog trainers, as well.
Once you train with us, you are part of the Dream Dogz Family. When questions come up, we are there for you.

What training methods and tools do you use?
Our training is based on creating teamwork and partnership with your dog. We have studied several different training methods, and found the common thread running through all successful methods is the use of release and reward to allow the dog to learn what is being taught and form a confident bond between dog and owner.
We are communication-based dog trainers who do not limit ourselves to one particular training tool. We recognize that each dog is an individual and what works well with one dog may not work for another. We customize training tools to match your dog’s needs. We commonly use slip leads, chiropractically sound prong collars, remote training collars, bark collars, essential oils, reiki, bonkers, dominant dog collars, pet convincers, and kinesiology tape (to reduce pain and aid mobility, removing a layer of stress). No matter what training tools we use, our method is always positive! We always reward dogs for making the right decision.

I don’t know what type of training to sign up for…
Start with our 2 hour personal Canine Lifestyle Plan. In this session, we cover key aspects of life with your dog (training is only 1 of them). For some dogs, this is all they need. Others will continue with our personal training or board & train programs. After training, you have the option of joining our Monthly Program, which includes members-only group classes to work on exactly what you need to work on around other dogs and peoples.
Board & Train
Our number one program, with top results, is our board and train. Board & Train is incredible for achieving behavior modification, state of mind change, excellent obedience and solid results with your dog in just a few short weeks.
This happens because your dog lives in our house, with our family and our pack. We work with your dog multiple times per day, teaching our Dogmanship method of leash training, off-leash Freedom Remote Collar Training, socialization with other dogs/people/animals, Perception Modification & Conditioned Relaxation, play, behavior modification, and so much more.
We utilize a holistic approach, reviewing diet and exercise, and utilizing essential oils and reiki to help your dog be the best they can be.
Your dog stays in our living room with our pack, and is challenged daily around distractions (other dogs, places, people), which is a huge part of the real world success of our programs. This is our profession, and your dog’s behavior, obedience, and improvement are our top priorities every day.
When your dog returns home, your dog will have their foundation of obedience training and a new, calmer, tuned in, obedient and more polite state of mind.
You will also be involved in the training, with your homework of reading our books and watching our how-to videos, along with meeting with us halfway through for hands-on work with your dog, so you are ready for your dog to return home. Your dog knows their stuff, you just have to apply the training and follow through to keep up with it. We will supply you with after-training protocols to continue their board & train with you, and we are always available to you if any questions arise.
Personal training programs are an opportunity for you and your dog to learn together at the same time. In a sense, YOU are really the dog trainer (not us), because once a week we work together, but you become the teacher at home as you teach, proof, and apply the things we’ve covered with your dog during the week.
Because the success of your dog’s training lies in your ability to practice multiple times daily – training, setting boundaries, and following the rules we give you – we require that you commit to the full 30 days of daily training with your dog. Ultimately, you have the opportunity to have a dog with wonderful behaviors and obedience as long as you put in the work.
The more time and effort you dedicate to your dog’s training, the better your results will be.
After your training with us – with board & train or personal training – you have the option of joining our Monthly Program, which includes custom, members-only group classes where we work on exactly what your dog needs.
Remember, it is your effort that makes or breaks your dog’s success. We know that you have a busy life, between work, family, friends, and fun, sometimes you don’t have a spare moment, especially not an hour or more each day to train your dog. This is one of the reasons our Board & Train becomes a great (and highly recommended) option. That said, if you are committed to putting in the work and have the time, Personal Training may be right for you. The most important thing is that we match you with the program that fits best for you, your dog, and your family.
We have a number of free how-to training videos on our YouTube channel to give you a feel for us and our training and make sure we are the right trainers for you and your dog.
When you are ready to sign up, call us at 352-278-7404 and/or fill out our online registration form to get the ball rolling. We will be in contact to schedule your board & train or personal training.
